Memo to Co-Worker
Do not leave extremely confidential paperwork like people's HIV test results lying on your desk, or shoved into a folder in your desk drawer. We could get into a lot of trouble for it...
Especially don't do this when we have a locking file cabinet in our office which you have a key to.
