geminigirlThey're taking my tonsils out this summer. Don't know when yet, but sometime in June or July. Problem is, Mom's not sure she'll be able to come down...not such a big deal, except that they're doing this up in Maryland I think, as an outpatient thing and I'll need babysitting for the first 24-48 hours. Will figure that out later.
Extrahard workout tonights...extrahurty tonight. Could belt tests be coming soon?
Still no word on MRI. Will try and find time to call tomorrow...if not tomorrow I should be able to on Thursday.
Really really nice conversation last night...someone who can geek over children's TV as much as I can. Appreciate that. Really.
Looking forward to weekend. Already too sleepy for words.

Date: 2003-05-07 11:13 am (UTC)The doctor mentioned that women tend to handle the surgery and recovery better than men, and pointed out that if they took his out he'd probably die from the pain. (His words, not mine.) I didn't mention the thing about redheads and pain.
But he also mentioned that he prescribes percoset after the surgery. At least now they make children's tylenol in grape flavor too...last time I had to take it it was only that vile cherry flavor.
