(no subject)

So we did this thing tonight, where we were supposed to do some kind of a program for students before a play about adolescent pregnancy.

We get there, and no one can tell us what we're supposed to do, where we're supposed to go, and the students are quite a bit younger than we expected.

And I still managed to come up with enough discussion questions to get us through...thank goodness for teamwork and peer educators.

I just wanted to say, I wish more groups like yours had been around when I was younger. I know my peer group was woefully uneducated about ANY topic related to sex, and it scares me that people are still not properly educating their kids (although I suppose we could debate "proper" sex ed for kids, but that's another post).

Kudos to you, for all the great work you do, especially since there are a lot of tough days for you.
