Sometimes it's the being in the office that makes you drag like that and simply being out of the environment make it all better.
Cayne had his first sleep study, and stopped breathing 14 times an hour. Apparently to automagically get the CPAP you need to stop breathing 40 times an hour. So, they had him come back for a second study, with the machine, where they discovered that it did in fact help. No additional oxygen, which is nice.
Florida is hot and humid, still. It's starting to cool off and dry out a bit, which is nice. I still would like to live in a place where six months of the year, just walking out of my house doesn't make you sweat. I'm liking the house much better than the apartment. I don't love being in Florida, but I probably hate it a little less than I did a year ago. I would still rather be elsewhere. :)
Our housewarming is in about two weeks (not that I expect you'll want to come.)
