Not sure yet. At least six, including the two of us, but possibly as many as 20 (not likely, but possible.) I'm going to prep dessert, eggs, brisket and my seder plate on Sunday. On Monday, I'll do side dishes, set the table, make my soup and chicken. The rest of this week, plus Saturday will be devoted to house cleaning, and buying table linens since I discovered that I don't have one large enough for the table. And finding chairs since I don't own dining room chairs yet; I need to call the rental place tomorrow morning and see about them.
