Wikipedia claims vaccination for rubella was introduced in 1969. I had it as a kid, my pediatrician insisted on repeating it at 12 and 17/18 for all female patients. I had a titer drawn a little less than a year ago, during all the trying to get pregnant stuff because if you do have to get a booster, you have to wait a while before you try to conceive.
