Beat in: 1 egg 1 tspn vanilla ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Mix in: 1 tspn baking powder ½ tspn baking soda ½ tspn salt 2 2/3 cups plain flour
Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. or overnight Roll out the dough about ¼” thick Cut into circles - about 3-4" across Put a spoonful of filling into the center of each circle Dampen the edges with water Fold into 3-cornered *hats*, pinching the edges together well Place on sprayed baking sheet Bake at 350 till barely golden - about 8-10 mins Cool on a rack
Recipe from Mom... looks like she made them lower in by swapping out the sour cream for yogurt. :)

1 cup sugar
