So Disappointed in Him

My spouse decided he wanted to be responsible for purchasing Halloween rations this year. I agreed...I assumed that he was going to be reasonable about it. I knew he wanted lollipops, and he couldn't find the ones he wanted at one grocery store, so he said he'd pick it up on the way home yesterday. I thought that was fine, and he did. I just looked at what he bought and there is not one bit of chocolate in the Halloween candy.

None. Not a piece.

I think I may need to demand some on the way home.

What on earth? What's WRONG with him!? ;)

Yeah for him! Some of us didn't like chocolate growing up! (My brother got all my chocolate, I got all his hard candy & anything peanut buttery :) )

Of course, we give out chocolate, since I've come over to the dark side since adulthood.

Oh, and pregnant women need chocolate. Studies show it makes happier babies!

Not even any white chocolate?

WHAT?!? Not even ONE piece!?!? >:/

I know there are some who don't like chocolate, so we got a good mix: we have Jujubes, lollipops, bubblegum, Crunch bars, Kit Kat bars, and Reese's peanut butter. I put about 5 of each in the bowl, and replenish as they disappear.

Dang, dude.

Are you going to file a complaint?

Why would one want to waste one's chocolate portions on crummy Halloween candy?
