Almost forgot
Oct. 13th, 2002 12:35 amSo, in all the ranting about work I did today, I almost forgot the not-quite-top-of-the-heap.
Somehow, the boss managed to not do the barrier demonstration. At all. I got halfway through the exercise in negotiation skills, and said something about the female condom. The group looked at me, stunned and asked a question about the female condom. I asked if they'd seen it last week, and no they hadn't. Nor had they seen the dental dams and the demonstration of the male condom. Needless to say, the negotiation skills exercise got tossed, because the barrier demonstration hadn't happened. (It's usually my respobsibility to do the barriers the first week of training.)
It just seems to me that this whole training was a mess. I did manage to come in at $50.04-4 cents over budget for today. But the whole thing was disorganized and a huge mess.
