(no subject)

I woke up on the 25th feeling kind of icky. Spent much of the day asleep. Sort of waking sporadically.

Today I woke up with full blown ick. I wanted a coke float, and yet declined maxdwolf's offer to bring one. I'm feeling so icky I don't want anyone here.

So I spike a low fever tonight, nothing too high, (99, normal for me is about 96.5) but I took a couple of tylenol to knock back the sore throat a bit, so I could eat something. (Dry cough, minimal congestion and terrible sore throat.) I'm feeling so icky, that I didn't really eat-am hungry now, but not sure I'll eat cause the thought of food sounds icky.

But yeah...I take my temperature a little while ago...it's 94.5. I go get the other thermometer. 94.8. I'm freezing. I can't get warm. I'm under blankets and in flannel pajamas and my fleece robe and wearing gloves. Can't get warm.

Brrrr.

A half an hour to talk to the "advice nurse" [1] at the HMO.

I only called cause peak flow has dropped below 75% [2] It's only down to 70% so I'm not like, freaking out yet or anything, and in fact I didn't even notice that it had dropped...I used the meter cause I've been coughing.

So now I'm coughing
