Random interesting thought from a phone conversation with aquariumgirl:

It would be interesting to do some qualitative research on the perception of birth pain of different groups of women-a control group, a group of women diagnosed with chronic pain and women who are involved in bdsm.

Too bad I'll probably never be able to do it.
