Life...

Two new babies in a week...no photos because they're not mine and I won't post pics without the permission of the parents...

My best friend gave birth to her second child, a boy, a week ago. My sister-in-law (Cayne's sister) gave birth to a baby girl, on Saturday. I'm filled with joy for both of them.

Mostly of interest to people local to the DC metro area.

I'll be in town from tomorrow afternoon through Sunday evening. I'm staying with aquariumgirl in Maryland, and at the suggestion of iamlisabee there's a Foo planned for Friday evening, either in Tysons or Rockville.(There seem to be more votes for Tysons, and I suspect more NoVa types will show up in Tysons.)

I have stuff for dababybean and for the Froggy, so it would be extra nice if I could find a way to ensure that the things make their ways to the appropriate parties.
