geminigirl1. Watch this movie...if you're not on a dialup connection. Dialup would probably be too slow. But it's probably one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.

2. Take out...it's your friend. I've figured out that if I actually spend money on the way home and get take out, I feel more compelled to eat. That said, I can't afford take out every night, but at least I know if I haven't eaten (a la today) I can make sure that I do.
3. The best part...I got thank you cards from everyone in my monday night group (which ended tonight). It was this incredibly satisfying moment, when I was reminded of why I do this. It was just so sweet.
