See, the idea with the tentacle flogger is that its both a thud and a suction play thing. Wet the flogger down, hit and then the whole thing peels away, thup-thup-thup (or some sound like that). It just seems so, visceraly satisfying.

It's even worse than you think. It says a tentacle was single tentacle was 6 meters long. So its full spread must be more than 12 meters. How will you ever survive?

Apparantly, squid have 8 arms, and two tentacles. No, I don't know the difference between an arm and a tentacle for a squid.

I am not aware of what the technical terms are for the appendages, but two of the ten are long and have a broad flattened area at the end.
