geminigirlI should be cleaning bathrooms and stuff right now, but instead I'm configuring the new laptop. And then I will play with the new laptop and return this one to Cayne so that he can play his wanker game and I can still enjoy my time on the internet. Course the first thing I'll do when I finish configuring the wireless network is to download Firefox, and then of course all my other stuff.)
(We'd been planning on a new laptop for a while, but the combination of a really good credit card offer, plus the tax refund made it happen now. I complain that Cayne's laptop is too heavy-it's a Thinkpad A31 and it weighs a ton and has no battery life. We bought another Thinkpad-it's so light compared to Cayne's.)
And before any of the Mac lovers ask why I didn't buy a Mac...we wanted the laptop now, but think it makes more sense to wait for the new Macs with the intel processors to come out before a Mac becomes a serious consideration...when we replace the older laptop, we're far more likely to consider a Mac.
