No Biscut!

So, this past weekend was American Brotherhood Weekend, and in honor of that, there were a couple of interesting parties at The Crucible. GF #2 and I attended Friday night. And I met this really cute girl, who I swapped phone numbers with.

Anyway, I decide to call the girl on Monday. The plan is, go home from work, change clothes, call girl and go to bookstore. (Obviously I'm still at home, though I've done some of the things in the plan.) I go to get phone number from where I think I have it...it's not there. I tear apart everything I think I had with me Friday night...can't find it. Pull the cards I had packed with me out of my wallet...it's not stuck to one of them. I'm about to break down, because I don't know if anyone I know has her number.

Turns out I'd dropped it on the table while I was looking for it.

Bad girl. No biscut.

Now, lets all think good thoughts that she'll call back.

I hate it when those mischevious little fairies hide stuff from me like that. It makes me want to break their necks, if only I could actually see them. It's the best explanation I have come up with for when I am looking for something that is right under my nose, and I can't see it.
