I live in Orange County and I can use Lake and Seminole County libraries, which are the counties east and west of where I live but there are restrictions on what services I'm allowed to use-they get grumpy, for example, about transferring books from one branch to another for out-of-county residents and I can't have them hold books for me either. I know Seminole has one of the books I'm looking for, but I don't think it was at either of the branches near me, which means I need to decide if it's worth driving to the other side of the county to get it.
