If you're following my health-saga, you know what happened earlier this week. So, here's what I now know...
1. It's not strep. I got those results a little while ago.
2. The TB test looks weird. Not positive reaction kind of weird, but not negative reaction kind of weird either. Instead of being a white bump, that itches (which is normally how I've reacted) I have a weird, blotchy reddish-purple spot, without much bump, and without any itch. It gets read tomorrow, but someone suggested today that it almost looks like it wasn't done right. I'll see tomorrow. If it wasn't done right, it will have to wait til next week to be repeated.
3. I called to get my strep results. They wouldn't give me bloodwork results over the phone. This scares me. They gave me strep results. They called and left a message when my gonorrhea and chlamydia results were in and negative...why won't they give me the bloodwork? How am I not supposed to panic here...
I should hear something about the bloodwork tomorrow. That seems like a long time to wait right now.
And for those of you interested in my love life...
I've been with gf #1 for about a year and a half. Lately, planning for things that are a year or more off has happened. And I'm sort of not quite all together about that. I can't even see past next month sometimes...let alone to next fall. Anyway, one of the things we often do together is to watch DVDs. She's decided to get us a <a href="www.netflix.com> Netflix </a> account together. Not that it's a huge commitment or anything, but it goes along with the not being able to plan past next month sometimes. I'm not sure what I'm feeling about that...but it's kind of fun and cool to have someone in my life thinking that far ahead.
