May. 31st, 2002 04:39 pmCar is repaired....$450 of repaired. That just frustrates me...$450 to replace a rotor and change the front brake pads. Not that I trust myself to do anything like that, without major instruction. I'm sort of fidgety thinking about the fact that I should add coolant at some point soon. Just not a car person I guess. I must have some other skills of value somewhere.
I've been ultrabad today...it's nearly five and I think I've forgotten to take all my morning drugs. (I can't remember) I'm shaky and dehydrated but the thought of more fluid makes me want to go "ick"
According to the thermometer at the bank it's 91 degrees here. In my apartment, the thermostat reads somewhere above 80 degrees. Oblivion hasn't wanted to move all day, she's been sleeping...I even threw some ice cubes into her water dish when I fed her this morning. (Hrm...I fed the cat, usually I do that right after I make my coffee which is after I take pills, but I didn't make coffee this AM cause I didn't go to work...confused am I) I think I may go duck into the shower, and see if that cools me down some, and then maybe try and drink some more, so long as I can stand up long enough to enjoy the shower.
