Sometimes I do obsess about my cat...but she's good company.
Her new habit seems to be sleeping on my bed, right up near where my head goes when I'm in it, and yowling, like a child waking from a nightmare when she wakes up. Then, I walk in, turn the lights on, check on her and she goes back to sleep. It's some amusing combination of irritating and adorable.
(She's hanging on the back of the futon, watching me write this, and I can tell her little kitty brain is trying to decide if she could climb on me or stay put. I'm having incredible guilt knowing that I'm going to leave her this week while I'm on staff retreat with work.)
