I woke up this morning with a sore throat. This is the first one I've had since the tonsils came out. In my morning haze however, my brain-process went sort of like this:"

Brain: "Please don't let this be tonsillitis again. Especially since you're leaving in the AM. When you get out of bed, call urgent care, maybe they can see you quickly today so you can make sure this isn't tonsillitis. Oh wait. No tonsils. Hrm. This sore throat feels different...not in the same place as before."

I don't care. It's a sore throat. And I want it to go away quickly.

This morning, I'm reading livejournal, and thinking about how much I love the diversity of the personal journals I read. I read chronicles of your college lives, your relationships, your jobs, your health, things you love and hate, and are frustrated at.

In some moments, I feel guilty that I'm entertained by all of you this way, because you don't necessarily write for the entertainment of others. At least I don't.

But for whatever reasons you do write, thank you for sharing your lives with me.
