Things I didn't want to do...

Beta's little eye infection seemed to be complicated by some kind of respiratory infection. The vet told me to expect this, and so I did. And despite the lack of sneezing, coughing or discharge, he was wheezing. So the vet prescribed some medication for him, which I picked up today.

Do not ever try to give a cat nose drops. It is torment. For both you and the cat.

Smoooooothie

I just made really yummy smoothies...

About 1 1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp lemonade flavor drink mix (I used pink lemonade cause that's all I had)
small container of vanilla yogurt
a cup and a handful of frozen raspberries
a cup and a little bit of ice cubes

Toss the whole thing in the blender, blend it up and drink. It was yummmmmmy. If I had some proten powder, I'd have thrown that in too. Mmmm.
