Oct. 1st, 2008 09:15 pmSo yesterday's pinkeye turned out to be part of an ear/sinus infection. I've got some antibiotics for it, and I'm hoping that the chiropractor calls me back soon-an adjustment will probably help things drain more quickly.
My ear started hurting yesterday in the afternoon, I assumed I was getting a cold and didn't think much about it-took a little Tylenol, but had breakthrough pain radiating down my jaw and it hurt more when laying down than sitting up. This morning I woke up, rolled over, looked at Andrew and said "I'm sick." He worked for about half a day and then came home so I could go back to the NP who looked at my ears and said "You caught this at the very beginning."
This really hurts! It's hard to be the kind of patient Mommy I want to be when I feel like this.
