Dec. 31st, 2003 01:13 pmI'm a bad kitty-Mom because I bought a bag of catfood a week ago, but had my hands full when I came home, so I left it in the car. Then I got sick and so the bag of catfood stayed in the car. I'd run out of the kibble that the cats normally eat last night, so this morning, I opened a can of wet food for them. Oblivion devoured her dish. Beta didn't-he ate some, but left about half of it.
I brought the bag in when I got home today, and Beta is currently assaulting it, trying to rip it open to get to what's inside. It's mean to not go and open it and feed him, but it's kind of funny to watch him try.
I may complain about the cost of catfood, because I buy high quality, preservative free, organic type stuff-mostly because Oblivion pukes up everything else. But it does make a difference...both cats are in good health, and have wonderful, shiny, soft coats.
I do love my cats. Even if they get underfoot, and need attention and shed on everything and hate being locked out of the bathroom. It's nice to have warmfurry to come home to. Especially when it's inclined to greet you at the door like Beta does.
