5 AM.
Still Awake.
Watching Lockup on MSNBC. I've had a fascination with prisons for years, no idea why. But MSNBC and the History Channel or the Learning channel (can't remember)have some great programs about prisons.
My sleep schedule is terribly off at this point, and work next week will undoubtedly be difficult. I'm so ultrasensitive to changes in my sleep schedule, that it's hard to reset my clock. Being up so late for so many nights with the cough out of control has been awful, but it's starting to slow down a bit-I'm sleeping for longer stretches, but now it's hard to fall asleep. And certainly hard to wake up.

Date: 2004-01-02 02:46 am (UTC)If you are facinated with prisons, I highly reccomend an antholgy called "Couldn't Keep it To Myself" edited by Wally Lamb. It is the creative writing of women in prison and it is a knockout.
Sending you healing sleepydust...©
