I think the underpants gnomes have been in the office. In the desk which used to belong to the admin assistant, which now belongs to no one. Co-worker J. went to use the computer on that desk to do something, opened the bottom right hand drawer, and in it were a few pieces of silverware, and a pair of navy blue jockey briefs. Mens underwear. In the desk.

Upon seeing this, she decided she had to share. She calls me out there, and says "Look in the drawer. Just look." I'm thinking there's a roach or a mouse in there or something. It wasn't. It was underwear.

But in the same way we would get someone else to remove a roach or mouse, we got someone else to remove the underwear.

A., my department head. I've called on him to deal with the roaches too.

(You'll meet him if you come to imagine on 4/24, which I have to send out the invites to. But you should come-it's a cool fundraiser type thing.)

It's a Saturday night. And my invites are usually set up as $10/person, more if you can, less if you can't.

Which means "give what you're okay giving."
