DC-Local Volunteer opportunity

I know that I have friends with significant computer skills.
I know that some of those friends are sometimes looking for volunteer opportunities.

So...I've got an opportunity for you, if you're interested.

Here's the situation:

The client services department at my job gives children/families affected by HIV computers. They're not brand new computers, but they're not bad either. The problem is that often these families need tech support down the line, for the computers. Our client-services director would love to find people who would be willing to do some occasional tech support for these families (it would involve housecalls.) Mostly this would be in the Arlington/Alexandria area, and certainly on your own schedule.

If it's something you're interested, and/or could do, let me know. I know it would be a great service to the kids. I'll put you in touch with the right person, who can provide more details.

i can't do housecalls but would be willing to do some occasional phone support.
