I'm sorry I couldn't arrange an actual date with you. I had to triage according to who I hadn't seen in a very long time, or who I had longer-standing plans with. It would be great to be able to celebrate *one* of your 29th birthdays with you.

It'll happen eventually. There was talk of perhaps an engagement type party down here over the summer.

I should talk to the person who mentioned doing that and see if sie still wants to.
