Bisexuality 101 went okay, considering it got pulled out of thin air. It looks like I may turn it into a one hour-ish presentation for the next couple of months. We'll see.

Might get to do a ride along with DC police. That sounds like fun. We'll see how the timing works out.

I love the 90's scares me. They're not over long enough to get a show yet.

It took an hour and a half to get home tonight...I didn't leave until nearly 5:30, but it still shouldn't have taken that long to get home. It didn't help that there were accidents and traffic lights out.

I am a kvetch today...yet again. Not fair to you all.

The Seargent in charge of the Gay and Lesbian Liasion Unit (who is way cool) comes out to do a section of peer educator training for our lgbta peer educator training (one of three different trainings we offer) spoke before my bisexuality 101 presentation. I like his presentation, so I sat through it again, and he mentioned that they were doiing ride alongs. I left his card on my desk, but I've got to e-mail him about doing one. I had a lot of fun when I did my Alexandria ride along, and I suspect a DC one could be even more fun.

I suppose it shouldn't be surprising that I can talk mostly extemporaneously about bisexuality.

I felt good being able to do it. Because I suppose it means I haven't relinquished my bi credentials yet. :)

geminigirl! I am in Alexandria for 10 days as of tomorrow (well, call it Friday). Any chance of the DC police letting you out for a few minutes (what am I saying?) so we can meet up?

Yes, I'm sure I can make time to meet up with you. I've got plans for Saturday, and for next Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I'm working Monday night probably until about 8 PM or so. Send me some e-mail and we'll work something out.
