ruralrob and I talked a bit about how it's affecting things in this post last week, but today the Washington Post provided this article which goes into more detail.
Also, for locals, at some point in the near future, there will be a piece (which someone from my agency is being inverviewed for) on WAMU about the funding cuts for HIV programming. If you happen to hear it, please let me know, just in case I haven't.
