A few people on my friends list have posted this link as the best livejournal post ever. I don't purport to judge what is or isn't the best on livejournal, since it's such a personal thing, but I liked the post. It made me cry, in a good, mushy, romantic sort of way.

Mine too. I kept taking the cynical turn, "oh she won't wear the dress for him, she's wearing it to feel better about her quickly-fattening self." Or "she's crying because she's faking it and it makes her sad." Or "he's secretly having sex with his secretary." I'm horrible!

i agree w/ margoeve it wasn't the greatest - but it was cute and a good picker-uper read, especially for those of us who may one day have a date like that :) i added it to memories :) \
