Home again, round and round...

geminigirlI can't say enough how tired I am of long distance, running back and forth. It hurts to leave. I spend the first part of my drive home crying, or time after Cayne leaves doing the same. But, the weekend was lovely.

melebeth who we ran into at closing. Cayne's got cute pictures of us, which perhaps, I'll try and get soon. If nothing else, they'll go into the scrapbook.
Sunday we spent wandering the Lower East Side of Manhattan-the neighborhood where my Dad grew up, and doing pre-holiday shopping. Got to expose Cayne to all kinds of new and exciting experiences...and food. Knishes from Yonah Schimmels, bialys from Kossars, pickles and more.
Today was mostly quie, my laundry is done. I got back here just before 11 PM. Caught up on mail, got some stuff put away, and momentarily, bed.
I need rantyspace about something, and will have to figure out where to do that, or if it doesn't belong shared with others beyond the ones who already know. That will wait til tomorrow.
