It's been a bad week...

Monday was heavy rains, and so our basement flooded. While cleaning up the flood, I managed to slip and hyperextend my knee. Tuesday I went to the gym, and somehow, without noticing moved weirdly enough (probably compensating for the knee) that I pulled both hamstring muscles. (Those are better now.) Thursday I managed to fall and twist the unhappy knee (I can feel it still trying to hyperextend, and all the ligaments and stuff are loose) and again bend it backwards. Cayne's worked late every night this week.

I want it to be Saturday so I can curl up and hang out with Cayne.

I discovered it after the second knee injury, when they gave me advil and I responded with projectile vomitting and a rash. Aspirin works for muscle pain, but it's done nothing to touch the knee. I take lots of tylenol though, and aleve is 50-50...sometimes it makes me sick, sometimes not.

I'm just taking it easy-I feel lazy, having not been to the gym since Tuesday.
