Troubleshooting

In no way do I claim to know anything about thing technical. So today, my officemate complained that his speakers weren't working. So I went to look at the back of his computer to make sure they were plugged into the right spot and so on.

One of the first questions I asked him before I went to his desk was "are they plugged in?"

"Oh, yeah, of course they're plugged in."


So I look at the pile of cords/cables on the floor and sticking up...the plug to the speakers.
