We've been getting a lot of phone calls like this lately, too. Very frustrating. I screen calls now; I don't answer the phone anymore.
If its someone I want to talk to, I'll call them back when I'm available. Otherwise, they can go jump off a cliff. I've reregistered our numbers with the DNCL-- I had done it before, but somehow, our numbers were removed.
