In the continuing phone call saga

Tonight, I got another strange phone call.

The phone rang and I answered it. I was greeted by an autovoice, which said, "This is a collect call from the Florida Civil Commitment Center. The person who is calling is..."

A human voice chimed in and said "Billy."

The autovoice continued, "If you wish to decline this call, hang up."

And so I did.

I wonder if it's someone looking for the notorious Margaret Hipp.
