I have so very many questions. It's quite possible that you/others might be able to help, once I get them all out on paper.
It ends up being things like-which is more effective, clomid, OPKs and intercourse, or clomid with ultrasound monitoring and trigger injections? Is it worth doing clomid/intercourse, or is IUI a better choice? How significant is the risk of OHSS-I know it's increased with PCOS, but how significant is it really? What's the risk of effects to the endometrium, leading to fertilization but not implantation? What about the risk of dry or hostile cervical mucous-how can that be compensated for? Is Clomid really a better choice than Letrozole (Femara)? What about a regimin of baby aspirin along with everything else?
That's the list I've written down already. I'm sure it will get longer before I see Dr P again in April.
