I've lost much of my German because I don't use it, but for rare occasions with [Bad username or site: aquariumgirl. @ livejournal.com] French was probably my second best, but I have occasions to use it now, so it gets pulled out. If/when we have children, we'll likely speak both French and English at home though.
My undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Information Transfer-it's a degree heavily based on library science, with a strong dose of information science and a slightly smaller dose of computer science. I also have a minor in mass media/communication. My graduate degree is a masters in social work, with a concentration in macropractice and a certificate in student-community development.
If I were to be in a different location closer to a school where I could do it, I'd be working towards a phd in public health. Unfortunately, the nearest place to do it is two and a half hours away and it's just not a resonable commute to do that right now.
