geminigirl1. Braving Ikea on a Saturday without me in order to get the two pieces that we didn't get last time (one was out of stock, and the other we couldn't find, and since we knew we had to go back for the first, we figured we'd just get it another day.) And he even brought back cinnamon rolls for tomorrow's breakfast.
2. Going out and doing errands without me this morning that I offered to do with him-paint store to get paint to touch up a couple of spots in the baby's room and the hallway, stuff like that. Double bonus points because I had a really awful night where I was up every 90 minutes.
3. Coming in the door and asking if I want to go see They Might Be Giants? (Um yeah, that wasn't really a question even if I did say "Where?" and "I'd love to go, you know that, but if it's going to be impossible for you to take off, then I'll understand.")
He's currently putting together the dresser for the baby's room since we started on the great baby laundry project today. I'm waiting for indigestion caused by tonight's dinner to pass. We went to dinner, and then to pick up random stuff we needed at Target-cat litter and similar things. Nothing wild or exciting. I think though, as much as I'm looking forward to having this baby around, I'm sure there are times when I'll miss the nights like this...just the two of us.
