Some days are better than others.

Today I had a chiropractor appointment, and took the baby, who slept nicely through it. Then we had a visit to Daddy's office.

We skipped a trip to Sanford to pick up a birth certificate, and a trip to Babies R Us to get some stuff we need at home and to get a gift for a baby shower on Saturday. And a side trip to the grocery store or something similar.

Naomi also had her first stroller ride tonight, too.

We'll see how the night goes.

She fell asleep in the stroller. That was her MO today-falling asleep. Our morning routine looks something like: everyone get up, Dad feeds Naomi, Mom pumps, Mom and Naomi go back to sleep for a little while, Dad goes to work. Then when Naomi has a wet diaper, Mom and Naomi get up, Naomi eats, and Mom and Naomi get on with their day. On a good day, Mom gets to pump right after Naomi eats. On a bad day, Mom doesn't.

We're still not into an evening routine yet. We'll need to start that soon though. Right now it's Dad feeds her while I pump, she gets swaddled and rocked a little til she dozes, and then she goes down in the co-sleeper. A lot of it though is watching for her sleep cues though and letting her let us know when she wants to go down.
