Seven out of the last eight days, we've had some kind of nap starting between about 11 and 11:30. The one day she didn't nap was the day Cayne took her to run an errand.
I'm grateful for the nap...she needs the sleep and all that, but right now, the nap takes place on my lap. She wakes up if I try to move her.
If this becomes a regular naptime, I'll probably be able to put her down, I hope. It would be a real challenge otherwise.

Date: 2008-09-04 01:51 pm (UTC)Plan to set aside a good few weeks for nap retraining where you plan on being home all the time and very consistent. You can probably get there faster with CIO -- because of temperment and colic we had no choice but to do that with Nathaniel (lest mama get suicidal) and I recall it being faster -- closer to 4 days). That technique doesn't match Caleb's temperment well though or our relationship, so I'm doing the much slower method this time. Doesn't really matter what your views are on crying; its just "put them down drowsy + awake" "ritual ritual ritual" and time. Time is typically the answer to everything.
