geminigirlIt doesn't get me more money or anything, but it is nice to know that I'm the only one in the office who met all deliverables for last year.
And it doesn't hurt that that's been noticed by the higher-ups-they're the ones who brought it to my attention. I knew that I'd met or exceeded all my Year 1 deliverables...I didn't know I was the only one.
