geminigirlMom's kitty rescue group won $1000 from the animal rescue site.
Now if only she would listen to me and think about starting a rescue down here when they retire and move (which is a few years off) it would be great. Mom is the type who will get very bored and very frustrated if she doesn't have a PROJECT and with the love she has for animals and the need to do something, I think it sounds like a non-crazy idea.
