I just purchased eight pairs of shoes. This is the challenge with shopping online. I bought three pairs of shoes for me, each one in two different sizes. At least three, quite likely four of them will be going back. I also bought two pairs for zedrikcayne and at least one of those will go back.

I also bought Naomi shoes yesterday. Those aren't going back. I bought the same shoes she's wearing in the next size and in a slightly different pattern.

Now if the clothes I ordered (I'm in the cranky phase of "not really in maternity clothes yet, but not comfortable in a lot of my regular clothes either) would hurry up and get here before we go away, it would be nice. And the stuff I ordered for Naomi, too.


I have no idea if our house sitter is going to be around while we're gone or if he's going to be in Canada still dealing with his custody issues.

And Naomi is teething or something. I suspect teething because she's not running a fever, she's a little fussy and she's chewing on anything she can get her teeth on (fortunately not us though.)

So much to do.

I am amazed at your willingness to buy shoes online. I can't because I am so bad at returning things.

I ordered a bunch of stuff recently knowing I'd have to send it back. And I'm only willing to do it because I don't have to go to the post office with Naomi-we can ship UPS at a serious discount if Andrew does it from work, and so I pack things up, and give them to him, and he takes care of the shipping.

What I ended up doing was looking at three different pairs of shoes and buying in two different sizes for myself, and one pair in two sizes for Cayne.

The only one whose shoes were easy to buy was Naomi's!
