Anybody good at travel plans?

Mom and Dad are planning to come down next month, but would also like to take a side trip to the Bahamas (Nassau/Paradise Island) or some other equally close, preferably tropical destination where my Mom can have some fun gambling (she likes to splurge every once in a while and play cards in the casino.)

Mom has asked me to try and plan this trip. Can you help?

ETA: Further conversation undicates that it may make more sense to go somewhere that doesn't require a passport-Mom thinks theirs may be expired. US VI maybe?

I'm not 100% sure but I think anyone flying into the USA from pretty much anywhere else needs a passport. They should be talking to a travel agent and the passport office.

No, USVI is considered a US territory and thus a passport is not required.

Also consider Florida Keys? Not that far from Orlando...
