The end of paid LJ accounts?-that and the new design that looks much more like Tumblr is really a turn off.

How can I get an error message about my password containing a symbol when the password rules say to use a symbol?

I got that too, I think it might have been a misfire in their code base, because my password is basically a string of random letters and numbers. It's not guessable.

Eh, I get it, and have for the past gazillion days. I just ignore it. They don't actually make you change the password.
