Both shoulders hurt now. I got a flu shot in my left arm yesterday. I was at the medical center, and it was free. My right shoulder, I trashed that one on Friday, somehow. And it hurts still. I see PT next week...we'll see.

And I'm grouchy cause I didn't get to go to karate this week.

Thank goodness November is almost over. Work will calm down.

And thank goodness it's almost the weekend.
