I have these conversations in the middle of the day. At work. I can't imagine my parents having them with me. What's also odd is that these kinds of things are normal in my department, but not necessarily in some of the adminstrative stuff, like development-and two people from development were with us, as well as our Internal Resources Manager (who often joins us and is used to this by now.)

Post lunch, A. (Department head-my bosses boss) L. (Admin assistant who was wearing the green hanky) and I had a rather long, detailed conversation about red wings and hanky codes. It included remarks like "Oh my god, Ronald McDonald just went down on me!" and so on.

Amusing, wild bunch they are.

I was trying to explain the appeal of the whole thing...from both sides, (giving and receiving) to two gay men this afternoon. I'm not sure that's even close to what should be discussed at work, or even, well...sane.
