Had to reschedule a meeting about the conference next week. This is bad. Especially if it snows enough to closed our office tomorrow.

Sinus headache all afternoon, probably weather related.

Can't seem to get my act together.

Frustrating workout tonight...couldn't do anything right, including learning the new block. And it even included a rather spectacular fall on my ass. And you know what...I'm anxious to go back next week and do better.

Just can't seem to get it together today. I'll make lunch and go to bed in a few. And I'll write up the trip to Richmond tomorrow.

I can't believe how big Beta has gotten since the pictures here were taken. He's started to look like a real cat.

That entry about Beta and the bell collar was hilarious!! My cat Harvey (may he rest in peace- also the name on the tattoo in my user pic) had the same reaction when he first got his collar!

don't feel badly about the fall...that floor was slippery in a few spots. i nearly fell on my can a few times myself. in a way, it's more treacherous than the gym floor becasue although the gym floor has no friction whatsoever, at least it's consistent. that room that we worked out in last night is like a mine field.

I don't feel bad about it, it was just one more thing that didn't go well last night. I think just falling would have been fine...it was the combination of nothing going right. And honestly I'm glad it was just the three of us; it would have been that much harder for me if there had been many more people there.

That room is rather treacherous; two weeks ago when we were first in there, I sliced open my big toe on my right foot sliding it accross the big giant crack in the floor. (You're on the other side of the room-you probably didn't see it.) The room last week was kind of warm but not so bad on the floor.

Oh well. Next week will have to be better.
