I'm enjoying San Francisco, but at the same time, I'm scrambling to go home. I'm anxious to return, to arrive, to get back to my space, my place, to all that is familiar.

Scott still hasn't found the Buddy Pass to the best of my knowledge, and so I'm booking a flight home. I'm booking a flight, not the least expensive flight, but a flight that will get me home on Friday. I should probably book the less expensive flight, since I suspect he won't pay me back for it, but I'd rather spend the extra $ and get home earlier...really.


I need to come back here when I'm in a better mental space. More to write about SF when I get home.

I'm just so not myself, not together, not feeling good after last week. I feel off kilter and uncentered and really anxious to be home. I booked a flight for Friday-I suspect having the weekend to calm down will be good for me.

BUT, I had a wonderful time with you yesterday. Jake was even talking about you today. (Woo woo! Older girlfriend!)

I'm enjoying it a whole lot. It's beautiful and fun, and I really do like it. It's my own poor state of mind that's making it not as wonderful as it could be. That and realizing how much there is to do when I get back just makes it a better choice to go back Friday.

(And I'm glad Jake had a good time. I'm free this afternoon, I think if you do want to get together again. Just give my cell a call.)

You are in my thoughts. I hope you can return home safely in the time frame that you need. Nothing is scary than needing to be home and not being able to get there quick enough.
